The SPRKL Leadership Experience is the culmination of more than a decade of learning and leadership.
Created by Rachael Karlyl, a lawyer, MBA graduate and leadership practitioner, it draws on experience across boutique businesses, international organisations, government, business ownership and thousands of hours spent observing what makes leaders thrive.
